We ship worldwide! We haven’t had an order yet that we couldn’t get into our customers’ hands!

Currently, all our premium fiberglass products are “made to order”. We have dedicated ourselves to getting you the best possible product quality! Each product is hand crafted and thus takes time. The wait times come from the orders with deposits at current time. There is no guarantee that the wait will get shorter, as its based on current orders. So place your deposit as soon as you’ve decided! You can always request a refund if you change your mind (less administrative fees). Refunds on deposits are available until we begin building your order.

We’re very sorry to hear your product has arrived damaged! Please take pictures of the crate before you’ve opened it, as well as pictures of the damaged product(s). Then, submit them HERE. From there, we can discuss the next steps!
